Guest Verification Policy

1. Why We Verify

Guest identity verification is a core part of how LibraX builds trust between guests and hosts. Every guest must complete Smile ID verification before making their first booking on the platform.

2. How Verification Works

You will be asked to upload a government-issued ID and complete a live face scan. Smile ID processes this data and returns a verification result to LibraX. The process takes approximately 2 minutes.

3. How Your Verification Data is Handled

Verification data is processed by Smile ID under their own privacy policy. LibraX receives only the verification outcome (verified or not verified) and stores it against your account. We do not store your ID document image.
